THERE'S A NEW
"KID" ON THE BLOCK
We would like to welcome Mr. Parks,
our new music student teacher. Mr. Parks joined us in January and will be here
until the end of April. He has observed for several weeks and now has taken
over with most of the instruction.
Mr. Parks comes to us from Kansas City as
a transfer to Missouri Western State University. He, his wife and two children
presently live in St. Joe. He enjoys the students and the students are enjoying
him, too. I don't know, though………he says he enjoys doing lunch room duty!
Hmmm….. Actually, it has served as a very good opportunity to get to know
the students better and learn more names.
If you're in the building, feel free to
stop by and introduce yourself and welcome Mr. Parks to Ellison. Don't come
during class time, though, because he'll be busy doing what he loves
doing………..teaching Ellison Elementary Students.
